Bambino e chihuahua di 13 anni sono inseparabili

Il bambino e il suo chihuahua di 13 anni non riescono proprio a separarsi. Fanno tutto insieme e non riuscirebbero a concepire le loro giornate se non fossero insieme. Sono letteralmente inseparabili, come raccontano i genitori di Marcelo, che sembra proprio essere innamorato folle del suo Mini!

Marcelo e Mini oggi sono migliori amici. I genitori all’inizio non si aspettavano che le cose avrebbero funzionato così bene. Ma quando li hanno visti insieme, hanno capito che erano fatti l’uno per l’altro.

I genitori di Marcelo lo hanno adottato a ottobre 2018. Lui aveva una grande paura dei cani. Una fobia che sembrava non potesse superare mai. Quando ne vedeva uno si metteva addirittura ad urlare e non poteva nemmeno sopportare la loro vista.

La mamma del ragazzino, Holly Brookhouser a CBS 5 News, racconta che era letteralmente terrorizzato dai cani quando è arrivato nella sua nuova casa. Ma le sue paure sono di colpo svanite quando Marcelo ha incontrato per la prima volta Mini.

Mini è un cane che adora stare con i bambini. E quindi quando ha visto Marcelo ha iniziato a seguirlo dappertutto. Con il suo amore e la sua presenza, Mini ha permesso a Marcelo di sconfiggere la sua paura. E aprire il suo cuore a quel chihuahua pieno di dolcezza.

TEN years ago today, I gave into my then 5 year old daughters pleas to adopt a 4 year old chihuahua named, Mini. I didn't want a chi, solely based on my stereotype of the breed, but this chi wanted my daughter. They were insperable! Mini had been saved by a no-kill rescue from being relinquished to certain death at the local pound in Wichita, Kansas. Eight years later, Marcelo entered our world and despite his fear of her, Mini was overjoyed to welcome another tiny human into her life and the rest has been well documented for all the world to see! Despite my efforts 10 years ago to get Mini adopted at adoption events, I'm so glad Macy was secretly telling interested people that she "wasn't for adoption." They were conspiring against me and thankfully no one adopted her before I relented! Someone said Mini is "1 in a billion" and while I agree, there are SO many Mini's literally dying in shelters just waiting on their second chance. Chihuahua's are the #2 most euthanized breed in pounds. Sure, some are kid hating chompers, sassy, yappy, defensive and rightfully scared out of their minds, but all they need is the right match, patience and love and you'll quickly be addicted, like us! Don't be like me and stereotype her breed or any others in shelters. All they need is love and a second chance. The day the rescue director saved her, it was only possible for her to do so because someone had just adopted from her rescue which opened a kennel for her to go to the pound to save more. Marcelo e il chihuahua di 13 anni Mini sono amici per la pelle

Il cane anziano ha permesso al bambino di poter avere fiducia nei cani. E di trovare il suo miglior amico.

I due giocano sempre insieme. E non si separano mai per nessuna ragione al mondo. Mini ha profondamente aiutato Marcelo ad ambientarsi nella sua nuova casa.

I genitori di Marcelo sono grati a questo chihuahua che ha permesso al loro figlio adottivo di tornare a trovare la serenità.
